Kayla - thank you for that :) Our kitty was actually a little boy BUT we did always call him a lesbian because he was very feminine looking and acting lol.
Linda - we still have his litermate with us, so we have company and would consider getting another cat but they were both born with Feline AIDS which makes it difficult unless we got another FIV+ kitty and I don't know if I could go through that ordeal again :(
I had a kitty when I was younger die from the same thing...it was very painful to watch her go through it. She has been gone now for 14 years and I still think about her from time to time. Some people don't understand it but they really are part of the family. I can't imagine losing either of my two girls now, not having any children (and never planning to) they are like my kids. *big hugs*
Awww, my kitty died two weeks ago, I'd had her since I was 14. I absolutely understand how hard it is to lose one of the pack like that. It's so sad for us, but it's good to know they're not suffering.
Aw. I'm sorry.
ReplyDeleteI bet wherever she is she loves you and thanks you for taking care of her =]
Love and Energies.
Kayla
Oh, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's so difficult because they are members of the family.
ReplyDeleteConsidering a new kitty? It does help.
